Shipping policy
At Patine Atelier, each piece of hardware is hand-inspected and carefully packaged at our studio in New Jersey. We are committed to ensuring your architectural jewelry arrives safely and promptly to your doorstep.
1. PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock hardware are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-order items are not currently in stock. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the individual product pages. While we strive to meet these windows, please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to international logistics or production delays.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We primarily use UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ensure reliable tracking and handling.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive projects (Next Day Air or 2-Day Shipping).

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
- Orders within the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) typically arrive within 1–2 business days via Standard Shipping once dispatched.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not shipping internationally currently. More to come later.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been hand-packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. SIGNATURE & SECURITY
Given the high value of our solid brass hardware, orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received securely.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
We take immense pride in our packaging. However, if your hardware arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging.

We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
7. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@patineatelier.com. Once the order is being processed, we are unable to redirect the package.
